Sports Therapist
With over a decade of experience in strength and conditioning, injury reduction, and pain management, Patrick is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal movement and long-term resilience. Holding a BSc in Sports Science and a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning, Patrick combines advanced knowledge with hands-on expertise to deliver exceptional care.
Patrick has worked with elite athletes, including Newport County FC, Scarlets RFC, and Commonwealth swimmers, gaining invaluable insights into performance optimisation and injury prevention at the highest levels of sport. In addition to this, Patrick has treated over 1,000 clients, addressing common issues such as lower back, neck, shoulder, and knee pain with a personalised and results-driven approach.

Our consultation is designed to thoroughly understand your pain, injury, and movement challenges. Through an in-depth discussion, we will explore the when, why, and how your issue began, giving us critical insights into how your injury occurred.
Next, we’ll move into an active movement assessment, where we’ll analyse how you perform movements and identify any limitations caused by pain or tightness. This detailed evaluation allows us to create a tailored plan, combining sports massage and a biomechanical led strength program, to address your specific needs.
The goal is to reduce pain, improve movement, and provide you with the tools to build strength and resilience, so you can move confidently and reduce the risk of future injuries.
Treatment: Tailored for Your Recovery
Our treatment combines sports massage and strength work to effectively address your pain and support long-term recovery. The sports massage is designed to work with your nervous system, assisting your muscles relax. Techniques and pressure will be carefully tailored to your specific injury, areas of tightness.
Following the massage, we will incorporate targeted strength exercises to take your joints through full range of motion. Over time, this approach aims to expand your movement capacity, allowing muscles to function through a fully lengthened and shortened state to reduce sensitivity and pain. also increasing strength, load tolerance, and resilience—minimising the risk of future injuries.
